Your journey brief

The flight planner processes the details you enter in your browser. Your current brief stays in this page’s memory while you move between pages. Reloading or closing the page clears this browser draft. If you explicitly select Send enquiry to RentJet, a copy is saved securely in our private enquiry inbox so we can respond.

Contact details and personal information

Your name and email are required to send a direct enquiry. Phone is optional. Contact details remain optional when preparing a personal brief for download. Include only what you want to share. Please do not enter passport numbers, payment details, medical records or other sensitive documents in the notes field.

Your PDF

Your PDF is generated in your browser. When you save it, it remains on your device and may contain contact and travel information. Treat it as a personal document, particularly on a shared device.

Choosing to send an enquiry

Where email or WhatsApp contact options are available, selecting one opens the relevant app or service with your brief. You review and send the message yourself. That service then handles the message under its own policies. Direct submission is a separate, explicit action: with your consent, your itinerary, preferences, notes, shortlist and contact details are saved in a private owner-only inbox. A reference confirms receipt, not a flight booking. We use these details to respond and coordinate the requested charter enquiry with relevant independent operators where needed. Technical protections include request limits and a keyed network identifier in temporary rate-limit counters for abuse prevention; raw IP addresses are not saved in the enquiry database.

Private enquiry tracking

After a successful direct submission, you receive a private tracking link valid for 30 days. Save it yourself; automatic email delivery is not enabled. Anyone who has this link can view the enquiry reference, route, requested departure date, status and concierge updates. It does not show your contact details, original notes or owner-only notes. The access token is kept in the link fragment and sent in the body of a same-origin request; only a one-way hash is saved in the access table. Expiry stops link access; it does not delete the underlying enquiry. Do not share the link publicly. Contact us for access, correction, revocation or deletion requests, which we verify before acting.

Website services

Our hosting provider receives the technical information needed to serve the website, such as network and request information. Website fonts are served with the site. This version does not include advertising trackers, an analytics integration, a customer account system or payment processing.
