BUSINESS & EXECUTIVE CHARTER
Be there for the work that matters.
A full diary should not become a second job for the person arranging it. Tell us the appointments, the people and the return plan. We will use the whole picture to source suitable aircraft options.
Start with the appointment
Share the meeting address and the time you need to arrive, not just a preferred takeoff time. Include the onward road journey and any flexibility. The operator assesses the flight schedule; a tight diary is not a guarantee of feasibility.
Booking for a principal or a delegation?
Use your own contact details if you are coordinating the trip. Tell us who approves the proposal, who should receive updates and whether passengers change between stops. Keep passport and payment information out of the initial notes.
A proposal you can take for approval
Request the aircraft and operator, full itinerary, included services, total cost, currency, quote validity and change terms in one written proposal. Make unresolved items visible before asking your organisation to commit.
When the day moves
For a same-day return, explain how likely the meeting is to overrun. Ask whether the aircraft waits or returns later, and how extra waiting, overnight arrangements or changes would affect the cost.
A few useful answers.
Can an executive assistant submit the enquiry?
Yes. Use the coordinator’s contact details and choose “Someone else / a group” in the quote form.
Can I request several cities?
Yes. Choose Multi-city and list each flight in order. Include local meeting times and how long you need on the ground.
Does charter guarantee a faster business trip?
No. Compare complete door-to-door plans, including transfers, reporting and operational requirements.
Let the next step be a conversation.
Share your itinerary and questions. No account or payment is needed to enquire.
