THE SHORT ANSWER

Can I request a cargo aircraft charter in Nigeria or West Africa?

Yes. RentJet accepts cargo charter sourcing enquiries for Nigeria and West Africa. Share the cargo, packed weight and dimensions, route, readiness and deadline. Independent licensed operators assess suitability and availability; an enquiry is not a confirmed aircraft or delivery commitment.

When the shipment cannot wait.

A missing part can hold up far more than a delivery. A production line, a vessel repair or an installation team may be waiting. Start with what the shipment needs to achieve, rather than guessing an aircraft model.

Dedicated cargo charter can be worth investigating when timing, size or handling needs make scheduled freight unsuitable. For smaller, flexible shipments, a freight forwarder’s scheduled service may be more appropriate. We do not advertise a small-parcel courier or a fixed per-kilogram tariff.

Ports, plants and projects need a complete handover plan.

Our planning pages cover Lagos and Lekki; Port Harcourt and Onne; Warri; Tema and Takoradi; Abidjan and San Pedro; Dakar; Cotonou; and Lomé. These are enquiry areas, not a claim of local offices, scheduled routes or available aircraft.

A seaport is not an aircraft landing point. Airport selection, cargo handling and the road transfer to the port, warehouse or plant must be assessed separately. The aircraft operator and relevant logistics providers confirm what is workable.

A proposal you can assess before committing.

Ask for the operating company, aircraft, loading arrangement, cargo acceptance conditions and planned airports. The price should distinguish aircraft and positioning, handling, permits, taxes, storage, clearance and any ground movement.

RentJet is a charter brokerage and does not own or operate aircraft. We coordinate sourcing enquiries; we do not represent ourselves as your customs agent, warehouse operator or dangerous-goods acceptance authority. Specialist services and provider responsibilities must be agreed separately.

Which service fits the shipment?

Planning distinctions; each provider confirms its actual service.

Frequently asked questions

Does sending an enquiry book a cargo aircraft?

No. It starts a sourcing discussion. The operator must accept the cargo and confirm aircraft suitability, permissions, availability, price and terms before a booking can be agreed.

Is customs clearance included?

Do not assume it is. The proposal must identify who arranges export and import clearance, handling, storage and onward delivery, and which charges are included.

Can RentJet transport dangerous goods?

Declare any potential dangerous goods at enquiry stage. Acceptance is subject to specialist review and an appropriately authorised operator. This website does not classify goods, approve packaging or authorise carriage.

Prepare a cargo charter sourcing enquiry. No account or payment is required. Use a non-sensitive summary; leave documents, confidential drawings, payment details and site-security information out of this form.

A “No” answer is your declaration, not a dangerous-goods classification or acceptance decision. If unsure, select Unknown.

This is an enquiry, not a confirmed flight or delivery guarantee. Independent operators confirm aircraft, cargo acceptance, permissions, availability, price and terms. Customs, packing, insurance and onward transport require clearly agreed responsibilities.
