When a meeting is on the Island and your next flight is from Ikeja, a helicopter can sound like a simple answer. The useful question is whether it improves your complete door-to-door journey after transfers, reporting and boarding are included.
Airport to the Island: plan both ends
If the trip connects with an airline flight, share the flight number, arrival or departure time and terminal details. Say whether you will have checked luggage or need time for immigration and baggage collection.
For Victoria Island, Ikoyi or Lekki, provide the final street address as well as any proposed helipad. You may still need a car between a confirmed landing point and the destination. Ground transfers are separate unless expressly included.
Traffic savings need a realistic comparison
Ask for an outline separating the journey to the departure point, reporting time, estimated flight time and onward transfer. A short airborne sector is not the same as a short door-to-door trip.
